After earning a degree in interior design with a special focus on art and business from Radford University, Heather Cummings worked as a designer and an architectural sales representative in South Carolina and Virginia before returning to her Georgia roots and officially transitioning into real estate. Blending her knowledge of architecture and design with the soft skills she perfected in sales and customer service, Heather has established herself as an elite agent with a gift for concierge-style service and a heart for working with people navigating transitions and milestones. Her specialized services include luxury home marketing and assisting buyers who are moving to the Atlanta area from another country.
 
Since she was a little girl laying out houses with LEGO® DUPLO® toys, Heather has loved homes and helping people. As a certified Interior Designer, she loves walking into a space and envisioning how a client can live and work in it; as an agent, she loves anticipating how a person can use it to improve their equity. From start to finish, her focus is on a made-to-fit experience, creating a simple yet strategic environment for clients to reach their goals. From conducting thorough consults to project-managing upgrades to personally staging homes and catering the marketing to the style of the house, Heather’s clients are treated to a guided, cared-for process in which they are a relationship, not a sale. Her ability to listen and educate buyers and sellers, her sales background, and her singular eye for design fuse seamlessly into a world-class level of real estate expertise.
 
Born in Atlanta, Heather currently resides in Ashford Park with her husband, Andrew, and son, Ethan, and enjoys the Atlanta area because it feels like both a big city and a small town. Active in her community, she enjoys contributing to CURE Childhood Cancer, Ashford Park Friends of CHOA, and being a sustainer with the Junior League of Atlanta. When she’s not working with clients, she is most likely playing with her son, gardening, or traveling.
